Beathan

Beathan is a cream and white classic tabby boy. He has folded ears and short hair. He is an active little guy, who loves to "play soccer."

Beathan now lives in Fayetteville, NY with Willie and Henry. They are all getting along famously.

Here are some pics of him now:

* Little B now weighs 3.3 pounds. He is teething, and the vet loved him. He is all set with his chip. Let me tell you, he slept for the rest of the day. I carted him wherever I went. I put another soft little afghan that I made in the carrier, and I think he liked that too. So, B had the blankie, and his little soft kitty toy, so I think all was well in there. He is such a little sweetie. He is sleeping now, too.
* He went to the library with me this morning. One girl really REALLY loves animals, so she held him. He liked her. He is so agreeable to almost anything I give him to do. He hears, "I love you, B" all of the time. I'd like to think he is at home and happy.
* He is on my lap now. He is so funny; I've never seen a kitten/cat that liked to lie on his back, and just look around or close his eyes. Just love this little guy.
* Yep, like I said, he doesn't mind too much being in there as long as I open the zipper on the end and pet him as we go along. He's pretty good when I'm just walking, too. He seems to be going through a phase that he wants to be near (like at my feet, but he doesn't want to sit on my lap.
* I'm waking up with a stiff neck every morning because I seem to be sharing my pillow with B. Oh well, I'd rather have a stiff neck--it goes away. I love having his little sweet self near me.
* I have a "plush" kind of fabric robe that I was wearing yesterday morning. I was sitting on the sofa knitting, and B had jumped up and was walking along the back cushions. He stopped right behind me and started doing happy feet. Well, he did it all across my shoulders, like a little massage and I could feel his purring. Needless to say, I just stopped knitting, and I just closed my eyes. What a little treat. I don't know if it will ever happen again, but it certainly was nice. It was funny that he went from side to side and back again. I'll bet he did it for a good 5 minutes. How is that for great treatment from my little one.
*I think my little boy is waiting for me to go to bed. He hangs out on my lap for awhile, hops down, wanders about, conks out, then kind of reminds me it is bedtime. He also knows approximately when to expect his treat. It seems that whenever I go out, my baby is waiting for me near the door, when I come in. I just love it and him. He is just my greatest joy. Oops, he is right here waiting, so I guess I'll get in the bed, he can play for a few minutes while I read, then it is lights out.
